Essandelle Driver Training Services is owned and run by Sean Swetman who has a significant number of years experience in the driver training industry, following on from over ten years in both service based and commercial environments. Truly an expert in the field of driving instructing, Sean runs the company with years of experience under his belt, having qualified in 1997. Sean is a DIAmond Advanced Master Driver, is qualified Cardington Special Test at Grade A, holds Fleet Trainer qualifications as well as having undertaken ADI Training with significant success since 1999.

Sean has successfully provided Driving Instructor training to people from a wide variety of backgrounds who are now operating as qualified Driving Instructors across the country. Additionally, he has supported a number of people to attainment of Advanced Driver qualification as well as making safer drivers of young and newly qualified drivers through the Pass Plus programme. The company is based in Hampshire but operates nationally.

Sean has built a reputation for training in an open and positive manner, establishing a rapport with his clients while delivering quality in a professional way and encourages this ethos among all the people who work with him. All of his courses are designed to challenge and stretch the course delegates, who are encouraged to bring their own life experiences to bear in achieving a successful conclusion to their Driver Training.
